Pros

Company was warm and welcoming at the beginning of the process.

Cons

Long interview process , description of the role is not what it is AT ALL “role position is care navigator” which is it a “call center” your on the phone for 8 hours your shift time receiving a call every 15seconds. Two 15minute breaks 30minute for lunch and they are stickler about your break (don’t be a minute late) you have to only use the restroom during those times. And if you come in overqualified with years of experience expect to be look down upon or terminated.

Pros

I've been impressed by the professionalism and intelligence of the team. Everyone I've interacted with is highly skilled and knowledgeable, yet there's a refreshing lack of pretentiousness. Collaboration feels natural, and questions are welcomed, making it easy to learn and grow. The culture is built around mutual respect and a shared drive for excellence, without unnecessary egos getting in the way. If you're looking for an environment where smart people work hard and support each other, ReferWell is a great place to be

Cons

On the tech side, lots of legacy code Stamford office is, well Stamford. Not the most exciting city ever (though we work from home 3x weekly).
