Pros
Company was dramatically changed in the last 18 months by new management team and CEO. More focus on identifying priorities and working on them (especially customer side) and a believable vision for the future. Very lovely people all over, plus an open management culture that keeps everyone up to date on where the company is.
Cons
lots of ideas but not enough resource to implement them all. In all honesty, was more fun before the changes, but then became much more professionally rewarding.
