- excellent platform to put best practices into play - non hierarchical and not political - lots of opportunities to learn and do new things
Cons
- need to have the relevant experience to be able to plug and play as coaching is minimal due to the fast pace environment and ongoing process of putting things into structure; will be challenging for someone who is "green"
