      - Amazing Brand to work for. - India business had a very talented & cohesive team - Brand has a very significant pull in the market

      - India HQ teams are not aligned to the Regional priorities - Business agenda is generally driven from HQ with minimal feedback from field - brand value taken for granted at times to drive business development, at times resulting into wrong calls and partner friction/ losses,

      Pros

      The designers that you get to work with at Reebok are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people you will meet in the industry. The people are the best part of the brand, and the second best part is the brand heritage. Reebok is getting back into performance, so it is an exciting time as a designer because you get exposure to a wide range of projects.

      Nothing in particular. Commute could be long.
