Pros
There is never a dull moment at Redwood. The culture is great and they really value their employees. The days fly by and you learn a lot from being in the action day to day. I have been here for just over 2 years and have been given a clear path of how to succeed.
Cons
The training was good but it was more on the job learning. I would have liked some more classroom training in the beginning. The music used to be a little loud but it seems that has been fixed.
