Pros
- Getting to work with a strong, collaborative, and supportive team every day - Fully supportive of permanent remote team members - Exciting clients and projects, and the opportunity to not get stuck on the same account day in day out for months at a time - A great HR / People Ops team that is constantly engaging the team, and drive a lot of internal team building, as well as training and compliance initiatives - The organization isn't bloated like some of the larger companies I've worked for, and it allows them to be more nimble in decision-making and getting resources ramped up when needed
Cons
- Like most agencies, some days are more challenging than others, but the challenges that may block the team are always being identified, heard, and addressed in a positive way - I work far far away from the physical office that's in the Vancouver area... but that's on me being a fully remote employee :D
