Pros

The salary was good (which was masking the cons) and the lower/middle staff were all lovely. Benefits were good but again this is to plaster over the gaping cracks.

Cons

Gossip and lie driven ownership/management. Non-existent and bias HR who never challenge the ownership. 9 out of around 20 people gone in 2022 alone. No concept of ownership/leadership responsibility, always someone else's fault. Severe attitude problems at the top who use discriminatory language about some staff. If you want to be paid well for being treated like something you stepped on then apply to work here!

Pros

Salaries are generally paid on time.

Cons

Different employees are treated unequally in similar situations. Some were approached with encouragement and kindness, while others encountered a more dismissive or critical attitude. There were instances where commitments made by the management team, such as salary increases, were not fulfilled. The limited communication about the reasons behind such decisions created a sense of distrust. Psychological Pressure: Management exerts unfair pressure on employees they prefer to leave the organization. Some members of the management team lack the necessary skills for effective leadership, particularly in interpersonal relations and technical expertise. Policies prohibiting casual conversations between employees and restricting the freedom to exchange ideas without managerial oversight have created an atmosphere that stifles collaboration and morale. The restriction on creating team chat groups without managerial presence has limited open communication and hindered organic teamwork.
