      Pros

      Progression within the business in structured and clear. The atmosphere in the office is great, with regular crew nights and incentives from the owner for doing well. The support and training offered really puts you in the best place to succeed.

      Cons

      Not really any cons in this role everything is well explained within the induction process, how the business works and how the team make money. Can be longer days for those who want to progress but it is all warranted with the incentives and progression structure.

      Pros

      Despite only being there for a couple of days, everyone involved was amazing and so sweet. It's a shame the job wasn't really for me because I truly enjoyed the presence of everyone there. They teach you so well and are all very easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Nothing! I wasn't there for long but for the time I was there, I saw no issues.
