Pros
Nice people in the lower ranks.
Cons
The company is a sales-driven development company. Whenever money is offered to the company, engineering is asked to push aside current projects and do another project with ridiculous timelines. Engineering isn't consulted for any of these projects, it's just do it.
The upper management is all "Yes" men who never push back against management idiocy.
They don't allow anyone to work remotely, they insist everyone is in the office 5 days a week.
I never thought the location in the North End was very good.
Reactionary, not pro-active in the least. They only change technology to something modern when the old code is so old and can't be fixed anymore.
They have so much old code that no one knows how it works and modern libraries can replace a lot of what they have.
