Redi Carpet Response
11yWe are very concerned with the issues that you have raised regarding the honesty of our employees. We strive to be a highly ethical company and would terminate any employee that was taking kickbacks from our installers. Would you please share with me confidentially, the names of the individuals involved and details so that we can do an investigation?
Without any details as to who is involved (warehousemen, operations managers, etc.) or form of payment (cash?, check?) and method of payment (on payday or at other times), we have no place to begin our search. As you can probably guess, if this is going on, the other installers would be unwilling to share details, just as you might be.
For us to bring it to an end we need someone brave enough to give us enough information to root out the bad apples. We hope that is you. If you would set up an anonymous email account at Gmail or Yahoo and send me the details, I would be most appreciative. Most items of this nature do not get reported because people feel that management already knows. I can assure you this is not the case. We need your help.
My email address is gwaleke@redicarpet.com
