Now I will go on listing cons which is quite large actually.
Everyone are the bosses.. there is no single manager for an employee. Anybody can jump at you for no reason.
If you take a holiday you are dead. that’s the deal there. By telling holiday it need not be a casual leave or something. Every Saturday is a working day and they expect everyone to be present there even on Sundays and other govt. Holidays. This may sound quite strange but it is true. If you escape somehow they won’t be afraid to terminate you too stating that reason. You can never see any company working on jan 26 or on independence day full fledged except the great Redeem.
In the name itself there lies a big ambiguity. They are not sure it is redeem software or redeem systems. Firstly, they had mentioned redeem software in the offer letter. Then they changed to redeem systems all of a sudden. In the ID card only redeem is mentioned. These are all the bloody games they play.
Work culture is too too bad and each manager including the MD is horrible.
More importantly, salary be guaranteed too if you work there. For each employee, they will find silly reasons to fire and thereby not providing the final settlement. This issue is also in the court currently. Around 10 employees who were working in redeem didn't receive their salary and they went to the court against this company in January.
There is no concept called pay slip. This we won’t know what are the deductions. Every month they deduct around 14% for of but in your pf account it won't get credited at all.
There are at least 14 employees who left this company in the last 2 months and none of them got their settlement.
There are no projects going on inside from the past one year. No client is ready to partner this.
No body can stay there for more than 3 months. That is the unwritten rule. Every week 2-3 people join and 4-5 people leave. That is the process.
This company is definitely going to fall down in the next 2-3 months because of no projects and due to increasing court cases against this.
Please read these carefully before attending any interview with Redeem. This is the voice of all ex employees.
