Pros
We used to have a "fully stocked" kitchen.
Very supportive "Redbubble family", but scratch under the surface and realize this is just a (face) mask. The hard truth is that this is a struggling publicly listed company, so the real family are the investors, you're a cost line item.
You can get promoted and make a career even when your performance is poor, you get extra points for making decisions that will waste months of engineering work, or create a culture where everyone feels entitled to have an opinion on the decisions of all the other teams.
An exciting career: you will never know if your job is truly safe, the company could be profitable for the first time in its 10+ years of existence, your manager could be happy with your work, you could even have been recently promoted, and still be made redundant in the middle of the Covid crisis.
Cons
None really given all the pros.
