      ​The company history is impressive, and there are good people stuck in a bad system.

      Cons

      - Management is paralyzed by a desire to appease every stakeholder. Instead of making the hard decisions necessary to protect the legacy, they choose the path of least resistance, slowly diluting what made this company. - There is a jarring disconnect between the company's actual position and the narrative leadership pushes internally. Employees are not given the respect of hearing the truth about the business's health. ​ - Constructive criticism is categorized as "negativity." The culture demands performative optimism, which prevents from identifying and solving actual problems.
