Company cannot pay its employees - Senior Vice President RedCloud Technology Employee Review

Company cannot pay its employees and seems to be having issues raising funds. The culture and trust have been completely eroded due to not being paid on time with little reassurance of when we will actually get paid and that this will never happen again. Not really sure where the value is in the product being offered and it is clear that the business leaders aren't either and therefore whether it can generate any revenue. There does not seem to be any cash generating revenue and the company has been dependent on outside investment for many years, which seems to have dried up. Not inspired by leadership that there is a plan to success. Yet they continue to hire more staff!
