Pros

Consider any other company but this one

Cons

DON’T WORK HERE - Let me just start off by saying that Red wireless do not believe in transparency. They withhold things from people so that they cannot find out what they did wrong and how they could improve. They also don’t believe in paying their employees their worth. Very low pay. Management do not know their jobs. If you were to ask your manager any type of question, they often either guess or do not know the answer to the question. One word that would completely describe them is MICROMANAGEMENT. Now that being said, if you’d like to be micromanaged; then this is a job for you. They need you to be on camera all the time and if you’re not, then they start messaging you to find out where you are. They like to terminate people without any reason at all, and without any warning at all. Then, after terminating a bunch of people, they will simultaneously hire people . When they do terminate you *ahem restructure (their words)*, they read this script to you and sound like rehearsed parrots. If they can get the work done cheaper, then they will. Meaning if they are paying you x amount of dollars, and then they can get someone to do it for less, than your job will be gone. They make it extremely difficult to meet the metrics to get your commissions (next to impossible). All positive reviews that are on here are from upper management because, they are the absolute 100% worst employer ever and they know this fact. If this post gets hidden, I am going to repost this again, so it stays near the top so that anyone considering this company, reads this and can reconsiders

Pros

Working at Red Wireless as a Project Coordinator has been incredibly fulfilling. The company has a very flat hierarchy, meaning you can actually get things done without getting bogged down in red tape. The shift to a remote-first model has been handled perfectly, with excellent digital collaboration tools that keep everyone aligned. There is a strong emphasis on professional development, and I’ve felt consistently challenged and supported since day one.

Cons

Things change fast here, which is exciting, but it means our handbooks aren't always up to date. You’ll need to be comfortable reaching out to colleagues and staying proactive to make sure you have the latest info, rather than relying solely on the documentation.
