Great Company Overall...but - Editor Red Ventures Employee Review

I suppose employee connectivity is great but I did feel pressure to constantly engage. I did not like the constant pressure to lead a project or some big contribution aside from meeting my productivity goals. It felt like I had to create something out of nothing to feel relevant. Being moved around to different teams involuntarily due to business needs It's a mystery why I was laid off (not due to performance as told by HR but it didn't make sense team wise and I won't go into details) but I do wonder if my salary had anything to do with it.
