9yThank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear you had such a negative experience at RV, and we’re disheartened by your outlook on our company. It’s extremely important to us to build an employee-first culture, and we’re constantly working to improve. Recently, we launched several new leadership initiatives within our sales center designed to improve leadership training and improve communication, among other things mentioned in your post.
It’s also incredibly important to us that our employees feel empowered to report feedback and suggestions internally, and we strongly encourage them to do so.
