Pros
Working downtown amid lots of shopping and dining options. Nice coworkers. Nicely upkept office with lots of plants and windows for natural light.
Cons
Not a lot of cross-training, it was difficult to take vacation & actually enjoy it. Bonuses/pay did not keep up with company growth. Must pay to park downtown or Trimet pass only 1/2 covered by the company. Company events/parties relied on employees to help plan/set up event or provide the bulk of the food (ie. company picnic, office potluck, and birthday parties).
