Pros

-Nice people -Downtown location without being too hectic

Cons

-corporate location is moving closer to President's home in New Albany 20mi away - limited space (help desk has 5 cubes for a team of 18, not being changed for the new corporate office either) -laundry list of things to say for QA -Low pay (I was told I was hired in at the pay cap, and was breaking even from my last job with multiple years of experience). -Full time was rarely scheduled above 35hrs per week -Systems would crash multiple times per day -No money invested in department -

Pros

Company discounts at many different locations and good benefits. Upper management was good to work for as long as you could make a solid business case for what you needed. As long as you follow brand standards and meet goals, you are open to run the business and make the daily decisions to drive your property to success. The company encourages you to be a part of your community and work with locals to drive business.

Cons

Its a hotel. Long hours on holidays, staffing can be a challenge while maintaining payroll, the guests can range from amazing to terrible so you must have an even manner and the ability to not let that ruin your day. The business is 24/7 so you must have your phone right next to you at all times.
