So much finger pointing! Many are quick to blame others without taking any ownership or accountability for the breakdown.
No one wants to rock the boat for fear they will be a target, so don't expect people to have your back
Once you are a target - it is only a matter of time before they find a reason to terminate your employment
Not a lot of organic growth - growth is coming from mergers & acquisitions, which means company frequently is changing direction and restructuring. Teams get changed, moved around without any notice to employees. It seems as Management is more concerned with the "new" companies & employees they acquired than they are with loyal employees who have been with the company for many years.
Poor communication between departments - not a lot of consistency.
