Red Points will allow you the opportunity to be yourself! It's a company that challenges the status quo and forces you to grow. Having worked there for over three years I can tell you that things were not always easy but this is a company that will surely continue to create great success.
Cons
Scale ups & start ups are high change environments, if you aren't interested in having changes happen often and quickly, it's hard to say this would be an environment for you.
