Pros

If you have someone else to pay your bills then I guess you could make some money long term. Some of the people were friendly enough.

Cons

Honestly I am still owed money. They say in the interview that your training period is compensated the truth is that compensation is dependent on the person training you, in other words it is in no way guaranteed and probably won't happen. The second thing that they don't tell you is that commissions take a very long time to clear, do not expect to make any money here your first two months.

Pros

Remote work is all I can think of

Cons

Reflecting on one of the worst companies I’ve worked for. There is no diversity in management roles, same narrow like minded individuals. Made it very clear they don’t view you as a person.
