The owners and management are horrific. Constantly demeaning, setting up processes that require all approval by the owners delays every single process and encourages micromanagement. They blame the growing pains as the reason for the revolving door of new hires but the reality lies within their choices. Regularly expected to work before and after 8-5 and on weekends, because of poor planning from management. They try to set themselves up as family oriented when in reality, it’s just a guise to try and make you work longer hours while they keep the incredible profit margins
