Pros
Good Pay, Used to be good leadership here from the ORIGINAL CEO. There has basically been a hostile takeover and is now being led by two faced people. They are all drinking buddy’s. If you are in the young hip crowd you are golden as long as you don’t try to work to hard. If you strive to better yourself along with the company, you are now considered a threat. They will find a reason to get rid of you or push you out the door.
Cons
If you are a hard worker, you will not last long here. Company is ran by people with no business sense nor an understanding of the business they are in. Most of the directors, VP etc. promote themselves to new positions on a monthly basis. Most of the higher ups are young women with no job experience or any skills of the industry that can be justified for the position they are in ( hmmm makes you wonder?). Unfortunately, this could have been a wonderful company but it appears it will most likely not be around for long under new leadership. Such a shame! Investors will come face to face with real numbers at some point and are going to be really disappointed when the Truth comes out. How unfortunate! A company can not survive with the Attitude of: The customers need us, we don’t need them! LOL
