Pros
The lower level team members are generally great to work with and the office is very nice.
Cons
Had several rounds of layoffs in the last year (you won't get any notice). Rebranded DEI to "Together At Work" out of fear, which sends a pretty bad message to any minorities. Last year, acknowledged Pride month and had some events. This year, radio silence. I assume the DEI rebrand cuts out LGBTQ+ people now. Culture is going downhill fast. Some upper leadership/management can be passive aggressive with a superiority complex- definitely not 100% jerk free. A lot of ineffective and wasteful processes but no matter how much you point them out to management, they never change. Possibly why projects always go over budget due to lots of rework that happens. Roles are underpaid with not much room for growth. Many are burnt out. Recognition for team members not client facing is rare. Core values are not reflected in action. It feels very fake and gives toxic positivity vibes. You'll put in more than you get back here.
