Red Coats is commercial cleaning company with government contracts and a surveillance-related subsidiary with access to live monitoring systems. From my personal experience, some of the monitoring felt excessive and raised privacy concerns for me, including in situations involving internal staff. I personally suspected that access rights may also have been used beyond internal purposes, possibly to their competitors as well. They do not respect anyone privacy or boundery and willing to manipulate to get dirt to get ahead. Around the same time, the company experienced frequent cybersecurity issues, which made me concerned about overall security practices. I also felt that promotions and opportunities were often influenced by personal relationships with the owner’s family or assigned leadership, and this was known and accepted by management. These are only my personal observations and opinions based on my own experience, and others may have had different experiences.
