People say it is nice to begin on the industry, but I see the numbers, and this company broke areas of the industry on the country for Quality Assurance in Games. The biggest con of all is: they have no experience or respect managing, so it makes everything a hard mess. In my personal experience working in this company for a long time is that I never felt more disrespected as a person, as a professional. There is no professional culture there. The salary is really low comparing with other offsourcing/outsourcing companies. So my advice is if you want to construct a professional profile and experience, you can start in other places, it is not worth it the mental fatigue that this company is. Please think twice!
