Really friendly staff, always available to answer questions. Very flexible too, I often picked up work when back from uni for the holidays.

Work not always available. You can get placed in a school long term but if not then you don't always know whether you're going to be given work for the next day/ few days.

Good communication. Never any pressure to work if you don’t want to. I found a permanent job through Redbox.

No cons, great agency to work with.
