Great managemant and fast-growing company

Everything was good I think.

The MD Helen really cares for her staff, clients and customers! Red Berry Recruitment often gets involved with a lot of charity events, where staff have the opportunity to be involved in raising money and taking part in fun events! Management really do care that employees are happy! treating everyone as individuals and celebrating every accomplishment - no matter how big all small and also recognizing hard work!. The MD heleHelen goes out of her way to ensure staff work as a fabulous team, more recently taking everyone for a team bonding day out of work! I have worked for business's before where you are literally treated as a 'number' and a 'bum on the seat' - at Red Berry this couldn't be further from the truth! the support from everyone in the team is amazing, all four offices communicate and support each other, effortlessly - daily and you really do feel as though you are valued. :)

I havent experienced any cons so far :)
