No Pros at all. The company is wasting your time, moreover, they will steal your last month salary.

Too many... 1. No cutting edge technology (The back-end team use the primitive technologies to support application development team) 2. No vacations 3. No standards (No standard of programming architecture is maintained.) 4. No increment (Company has 1 year increment cycle, but, management's calendar has 18 months in a year) 5. No process (Incredible recruitment policy. Employees will not get any papers within first two months. While company realise the people is in their trap, they signed a two year contract with their last company salary) 6. Misconducting HR management (don't know, maybe deaf-n-dumb order follower). 7. No knowledge Finally, don't expect last month salary. Definitely, it will be forfeited. They will not respond to your calls/emails etc., Management think, peoples who work for the company are slave. It was a lifetime-worst experience.
