- The company carefully hires like minded people which makes the day-to-day work really enjoyable. The tech team-leads are approachable, very intelligent and resourceful. As an engineer you learn a lot by working close with them. - The codebase (especially backend) has improved incredibly and mature in the the last few years. - You are independent and flexible in your work. You can take on opportunities to solve challenges that help you grow and be involved in all stages of a products lifecycle . - You get quick gratification from releasing work often that gets used by huge brands. - Events, socials, parties and charity work organised by Red Ant are always good fun and help bring the team together. - Amazing office in central London but also the opportunity to work remote.

- There isn't a clear career progression framework so, as an engineer you might be unclear how you can progress in your career within the company. - The engineering team often gets to do the heavy lifting even when there is a failure in the management.

- Very forward thinking and supportive senior management team to ensure the company advances and stays one step ahead. - Wide client base to ensure that all days are different with the opportunity to work on some really exciting projects - Very flexible which has allowed me to be able to manage the perfect balance of work, have a great career and care for my young family.
