      Pros

      My co-op experience at RecruitForMe was great as I developed many significant skills that will continue to help me in the future. The position helped me grow and the problem-solving environment allowed me to take a step out of my comfort zone. I continuously received support along this journey and valuable feedback to complete tasks/projects to the best of my ability.

      Cons

      This was an online environment which does have it's advantages, although a hybrid model would have been better.

      Pros

      As I worked remotely, I did not feel too micro-monitored during work hours, in which I appreciated. The Founder cares about the performance and wellbeing of his employees. As of this review, the team at RecrutiForMe is small, and for a small team they value innovation and feedback with little sugarcoating.

      Cons

      I have occasionally experienced unexpected changes to projects and assigned work for the day.
