Pros

Great team of individuals, good social scene, never expected to work longer hours and you never take your work home with you.

Cons

Management are constantly talking about progression, promotions and pay rises which have never come to fruition. Productivity is consonantly monitored, from the moment you switch on a computer a timer starts, and makes the office have a call center feel to it. Favoritism is rife from the management team. As a new starter you will be treated very differently to longer standing members of staff and will have to work hard to prove yourself for very little reward, therefore a high staff turn over. Recordsure is owned by a parent company and events/company identity/basic funding is very limited. For example one office does not have a cleaner and staff are expected to hoover/mop the office weekly.

Pros

Great work-life balance, you are never expected to stay longer than you are contracted to. Great people to work with, almost everyone is a team player and has each other's backs - almost everyone. This is the kind of job where you can get on with your own work without worrying about what other people are doing. Interesting work most of the time.

Cons

Favouritism towards a select few. No pay rises or appraisals. Constant lies about pay rises, promotions, new roles, etc. These lies being used to make people do work beyond their role to "help with progression". These lies further creating a nasty office atmosphere. Poor communication from senior management. Unfair sickness policy which penalises people who have chronic health conditions. Unrealistic expectations about productivity. Get treated like a statistic rather than a human being. Being given "busy work" when there are no new contracts - that management actually say is "pointless".
