      Pros

      The company has a great vision to reach zero waste by finding creative ways to recycle and compost materials. The company is employee-owned and has great benefits.

      Cons

      While the company has a lot of good things going for it, the culture is awful. Managers can be very backwards in their ways of thinking and treat their subordinates poorly. The good old boys club dominates, so if you aren't part of the club better move on.

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers, good employee owned company with opportunities to be promoted from within. Just have to put in your time and provide solid work results via leadership qualities and strong KPI performance.

      Cons

      Tough Union environment to work in, and management structure is a little chaotic and inconsistent. Need to be very flexible, because policy changes happen quickly and often.
