Pros
Money was good. Actual work wasn't bad. Very few, but some people want to help you succeed.
Cons
There is no training for supervisors, you will make mistakes and have them thrown in your face. Management stonewalls everything unless they thought of it. Steals your ideas as their own and presents them to corporate to look good. MICROMANAGEMNT is an understatement. Spend every waking and sleeping hour working for the company or you wont be treated well.
