      Pros

      Working for Reckitt for over 5 years now it has allowed myself to develop and work autonomously within my roles. Reckitt gives you platform to succeed and a culture that is inclusive. Hybrid working helps me balance work life and home life- overall I enjoy working for Reckitt.

      Cons

      It can be over whelming to work for a Global business, however work work on a local level too.
