No work life balance, little respect shown by leadership team. - Sales/Marketing Reckitt Employee Review

Long hours, and a leadership team that has little regard for their employees - it's all about the bottom line. Also currently undergoing a restructure which will make Australia an "activation market", basically rolling out global plans with little freedom or room for creativity. Will likely lead to cutting heads in the coming months, and an even leaner team.
