A fantastic place to work if you want to move fast, and be rewarded for your hard work. Very result and P&L driven. No place to hid, those that are creative and have the fact to support their insights will be heard and will be successful quickly.
Cons
If you're not ready for the fast paced, learn as you go, in your face, get it done yesterday, know our numbers like the back of your hand kind of environment, you won't survive the grind at RB.
