Pros
You get to work on great brands (strategy and innovation at the heart) and talented people - there is never a dull moment
Cons
Become far more political than it used to be, and careers plans are non-existent, at least for certain departments. As result there is high churn of staff and at times you can be doing multiple roles yourself!
