      -No work life balance - Far away from being a decent paymaster - Adhoc decision, without putting enough thought - If you have any offer, my serious recommendation, don't join them. -

      Pros

      There are really no pros other than nice people at the working level.

      Cons

      No product, and no product vision as all updates are driven by specific customer asks and product quality is terrible. The company doesn't know how to develop production level software.
