      Pros

      Rebuild Group has a family atmosphere, where everyone truly enjoys working together. Management does a great job at hiring for culture, making sure that every new hire meshes well will existing staff. Management is approachable and willing to listen to any ideas on how to make the company better.

      Cons

      The office can be cramped at times. The building is in rough shape, but getting better.

      Pros

      Creative environment, lots of opportunities to perform 10 roles at once, many opportunities to grow resume and experience

      Cons

      Extra work is rewarded with more work, you can literally do 4 people's jobs and make 1 salary. "operations" manager would time bathroom breaks of employees, and decisions were never merit-based but based on favoritism. Snacks from Costco are a job perk, instead of more work/life balance.
