Pros
If you have time to waste, this is your place.
Cons
Management called me for an interview at 18:00 in the evening. On that call, they started the interview (leaving you with no time to prepare). After that, I still had to go for another interview at the pub, and in a typical hospitality way, I had my interview with the operations manager while he was having a pint. After this interview, he said I needed to meet with another person from the organisation the very next day (they said because they were really busy during that week). Nonetheless, when I show up the next day they kept me waiting for 30 min, time enough for me to see other candidates going to interviews for the same role. And only for them to let me know that nobody knew about my appointment, that the position was already filled (even when I could see other candidates getting interviewed). All in all, I think Reardens went through a black hole where time bent and management got stuck in the 2000s. They want to appeal to the young generations doing what they were doing 20 years ago.
