      Pros

      Live where you work, which is good and bad

      Cons

      Don't pay overtime even though they are supposed to. We had to go to Labor Board to get ours, but we got it! If you show initiative, you are treating very poorly. They hire contractors that do poor jobs, wasting tons of money, but don't care. Stay away from this company. They pay less than minimum wage.

      Pros

      The interview and onboarding process was very smooth. HR and my District Manager were very kind, patient, and was very transparent about the position and our compensation. My managers and the residents seem nice so I think its going to be a really nice place to work. We are excited and hopeful this will be a long term fit.
