We are pleased to hear that you think we have good people – we are proud of the team too!
It is standard practice for Sales teams to have targets and that they are adjusted each year to align with the Company growth targets. We do look to reward our Sales team with our commission packages, leaving them uncapped to enable people to exceed their OTE.
We have provided recent training for our GTM functions and understand from some of the feedback that they have found this valuable.
We undertake salary benchmarking annually and the comparative data we’ve collected supports that we pay employees fairly. We also continue to review our benefits and consistently find we have a competitive package.
