Great company - IT Sys Administrator Real Estate Digital Employee Review

The people and culture makes RED a fun place to work for. A bunch of smart people with different backgrounds coming together to solve complex problems. The work/life balance is good and there is plenty of room for advancement.

Like a lot of companies, RED has some technical debt that has accumulated over the years. The good news is that they are working with some new technologies like ReactJS for the new projects.

I have been working at Real Estate Digital for quite a long time. The work environment is awesome and I love working with all the people at RED. They have lots of very smart proactive and talented people and seem to collaborate very good. Through my many years the collaboration and team work has significantly matured to where things are very organized and clear. Part of this has to do with newer tools/technology that we adopted that brings us together. RED also is stays on top of the latest bleeding edge technology which is awesome. Keep this up!

Though I hate to mention cons, I do wish RED has better benefits (medical) and more rewards/raises. Going through difficult times in the past such as the crash of 08 and the few years thereafter, I understand cutbacks, savings, generally being smart about finance in such tough times. It's the smart thing to do to keep the company alive. However, if the company is doing well and is growing it would be nice if the employees can also enjoy a sigh of gratitude and appreciation.
