      They are so welcoming and it is an overall amazing atmosphere to work in.

      Cons

      You basically can’t call out, even when sick, or it is unexcused. If you don't have PTO (which you don't within your first 90 days) don’t expect any time off.

      Always get full time hours. Flexible schedules. Support within the clinic. Can go into the schools with experience.

      Some long days. building is old and not user friendly

      The kiddos are awesome. The management and BCBAs are there to help if need be.

      More organizational skills with management and more professionalism with management and respect for employees.
