Pros

Culture is built by people, and Ready Set has great, warm, and respectful people. From my first day, I felt the collaboration and support from everyone. People are super energic, they want to do the best job of their lives. The managers and the founders invest a lot of time and effort to hire the right candidates, not only based on the candidate's skills but focusing on the human side, they work to create a company where respect and diversity is a reality, not just a nice sign hanging on the wall. The communication is open to everyone, the treat is horizontal, the values are lived every day in every situation.

Cons

Every time someone had a concern or a problem the rest of the employees jumped to help, the founders offer themselves to attend to the issue, offering resources, ideas, time, anything that could fix the situation. Of course, it's a business and some days would be better than others, but the empathy and humanity of everyone converted problems into positive situations
