- Senior management is clueless and announces redundancies and restructures multiple times a year - serious impact on morale. - Lack of in-depth knowledge and experience among editors because of rapid promotions and frequent restructures/redundancies. - Lack of places to go on to and develop within the company because of direction that senior management have taken it. - Broken equipment and lack of urgency to sort technical problems.
