Still some growing pains but I don't really take this as a con more so as growth.

Great peers who are passionate and driven, really wanting to do more with what they are given (which is not a lot).

Editors and HR are passive about the disorganized workplace environment they created, not fully realizing how tense and dissatisfied employees are. But that's to be expected in most jobs, I guess. No room for actual career growth, bad work-life balance.
