Flexible work schedule with access to company-owned gyms

- Toxic Culture with staff spreading information with little to no context - Salary/Remuneration always comes in late - Career progression aren't always based on ability - Some termination of staff are immediate without notice with reason barely enough to suffice for termination - Termination of staff are increasing at an alarming rate for the smallest issue - Company present itself as healthy work enviroment but many staff are fearful of termination - Company mixed personal with work and use that as basis to judge their work - Suggestions and feedbacks are not valued unless it is aligned with company - Company have a cult-like culture "Those not with company, are deemed against the company" - Management have incompetent staffs that would hinder operations - 0 respect for personal time and expect to work outside of working hours - Company speech given are usually very propaganda-like and distasteful even when reflected on company action such as constant preaching of zero toxic enviroment - Company would repeatedly emphasize healthy working enviroment in every company speech and justifying actions that does not concern majority of staff - Staff are required to filled up fantastic reviews on platforms to boost company image - Company Expansion without looking at staff and bandwidth resulting in uneasiness within departments

Cons

Extremely late pay. Almost two weeks late and management also did not give a notice. They give off the impression that they don’t really care that pay is two weeks late

flexible working hours with chances to earn commission

Cons

Late late late late late pay, says bank has a problem but banks do NOT NEED 2 weeks of delay for them to give us money. think we are that naive?
